Lawrie has played with a multitude of top class bands down the years, including The Applebeggars, Kenny Herbert and Callum Beattie. A complete virtuoso on anything with keys, he brings his distinctive style and musical ear to almost everything on the album, and just wait until you hear his Mike Garson-esque piano contribution to the track The Heat Death of the Universe.
